SCOBY Safe flavorings. We design the flavorings to work with F2 kombucha fermentation. That means that they will actually work with the probiotics in your kombucha while flavoring it. Some of the flavoring is made from the natural essential oils and extracts in ethyl alcohol. That trace of alcohol will get consumed by the acetobactor in your kombucha. The natural flavoring compounds are called an “olfactory flavoring” meaning that your nose and mouth will taste them.
